We use the following curriculum in our daily lessons. If you are a parent and would like to keep track of the lessons your students are doing, please check out your Spark account.
Religion

Daily Scripture Study with application of gospel truths to help us find Christ’s light in our lives.
Math

The purpose of math is to demonstrate the ways in which God orders the universe with unchanging truth. The math program we use allows students to go at their own pace and love math by gaining confidence and mastering math concepts.
Language Arts

Language Arts teaches the mechanics of grammar, punctuation, communication skills, writing, spelling, penmanship, and spelling. Students expand their phonetic skills as they learn about vowel sets, consonant and vowel blends, consonant digraphs, prefixes, and suffixes.
Reading

Memorizing scriptures and learning morals while mastering the rules of the English language.
Creative Writing

Our supplementary creative writing course adds fun and flair to the writing process through small, manageable lessons and plenty of student-written examples.
History

The purpose of history is to show God’s hand in the lives of his children. We study history from the prospective of God’s miracles, heroes and their associated virtues, and America’s founding of liberty.
We rotate through a variety of sources – ranging from Notgrass, David Barton, Seven Miracles That Saved America and others.
Science

The purpose of science is to teach students how God created the earth, and what his purposes are for those creations. We use Apologia textbooks in a yearly rotation, highlighting each of the creative periods (Chemistry, Botany, Animal science, Anatomy, etc.) giving students fun, hands-on application.
